What We're Looking For in a Sales Rep

Drivers

This is a 100% work from home position. Our Team Members would tell you our culture at HEA is second to none, but it is virtual. There is amazing support, but you have to be disciplined enough to manage yourself during the day.


Educators

Your duty isn't just "selling", it's educating prospects on our systems to help them grow their business. Our company is more than just making Sales, we have some really big goals to help better the future and change lives



Producers

Simply put, we need someone who can come in and perform at a very high level early in their career. This is not a job for someone new to Sales and Influence. Our team is made up of Top 1% producers in the industry.

 
Consultative Selling

Every Practitioner, Doctor  and Medical Professional that we serve is unique. We need sales reps that are consultative, agile, innovative, attentive listeners, quick on their feet, and problem solvers!

 
Learners

About the Opportunity

Your Mission 

To develop revenue for HEA through enrollments of the VPA, Freedom, and Epic Programs. Following up from Strategy sessions, collaborating with the Sales Director and Sales Department
  • This is 100% work from home with the potential of traveling to cool locations for HEA events.
  • ​We mostly work within the range of business hours, around 8am-6pm CST M-F. There is a great deal of flexibility in creating your schedule.
  • ​This is a Draw Commission based position with OTE of $100k+. But don't take that from us, the sky is the limit.
  • ​This is a 1099 Contractor position - Don't let that fool you. You're a team member, aka "Permalancer" if you will.
  • ​Your primary KPI's for this position are Outbound Contacts, Show Rates for Strategy Calls, and Closed Sales in Units/ Revenue. 
  • ​Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of professional selling, CRM & Sales process experience, must be articulate and confident with speaking with prospective new clients.

  • ​Handle Rejection - Must not only be comfortable with rejection but solution oriented to advance the call to a strategy session and/or future follow up.
  • ​Scalable thinking - able to see patterns over time and create a repeatable solution others can easily use. Mostly done through dynamic automation.
  • ​Detail Oriented - doesn't let important information slip through the cracks even when there is a high volume of information coming at you.
  • ​Calm under pressure - We're a growing startup. We all have a lot coming at us all the time. Being able to keep a happy demeanor with the team despite the chaos is key to our growth as a company.
  • ​Proactivity - Doesn't wait to be told what to do. Brings new ideas and solutions to the team without being asked.
  • ​Collaborative Growth - makes the effort to reach out to other team members to get their feedback and ideas on tasks. 
  • ​Engaging - Constantly watching the progress of our clients and encouraging or celebrating with them for wins and losses. Build a healthy rapport with the clients so they look forward to hearing from you.
  • ​Adaptable - able, willing, and excited to learn new skills quickly.
  • ​Easy to understand - clearly communicate in both written and spoken language quickly and in a professional way, without having to be overly explanatory.
  • ​Listening skills - able to listen to complex subjects and take notes for easy research later.
  • ​Persuasive - Able to build consensus among your teammates through proven data, and clear communication skills.

The Day-to-Day  

  • Prospecting through HEA lead lists from past campaigns and finding new opportunities to connect and present the products that are not members yet.
  • ​20% of the role is where you will network and create relationships with potential new clients in your local region with in-person visits and prospecting.
  • ​Developing ways to find new leads. The idea here is to have the "Hunter" mentality. Marketing will support with filling in scheduled calls, and the Sales Expert will need to compliment the Marketing depts. efforts with finding new leads. Working with the Marketing dept on what could work, test and verify the strategy and document it in order to scale it.
  • ​Supporting prospects to reschedule when appointments are missed.
  • ​Documenting Prospect Communications and Activities in Hubspot (CRM)
  • ​Personally Review prospecting calls weekly.
  • ​​Working on Team Projects.
  • ​Assisting other departments to meet their goals.
